My poor watchers are getting flooded!

Another request, this one by ~DSL-Devin of her character Kaite! Kaite lives in a Tundra, so I wanted to incorporate that into the background. The idea of this is that it's the first snowfall in her home! It's fairly simple, but I really like it all the same
